This is the historic Leibhardt church converted into a cozy and chic home with an in-ground pool and hot tub. It used to be a Christmas tree farm back in the day! Now it sits on a quiet street with a lovely, breezy yard full of trees to look up at from the swimming pool lounge area.

This 3 bed, 2 bath home includes a fully fenced backyard, a screened-in porch, and deck space as well as an outdoor fire pit (Cowboy Cauldron is perfect doing some wood-fired cooking!). The basement features a media room/gym and a Muay Thai bag. You can walk, run or bike over to Rondout Creek or make your way up to the Rail Trail, with access to the famous Rosendale Trestle bridge with views over Rondout Creek!
