Our house is the perfect getaway for nature lovers and adventurers. It's nestled in a scenic, quiet area with easy access to all of the best spots in upstate New York. Whether you're looking for adventure, relaxation, or a mix of both, our home will be your ideal base camp for exploring the Hudson Valley!

There is a large open kitchen for cooking up your favorite meals, a large deck with a propane grill, a hot tub, a gorgeous in-ground pool, and a large fenced-in yard with a firepit! For our climbing lovers, you'll find balance equipment throughout the house and door grips to practice while you're at home 🙂

Under 5 minutes from the Mohonk Preserve, AKA the Gunks, known for its world-renowned rock climbing. There you can also enjoy hiking, running, and biking.
10-minute drive to Minnewaska State Park with beautiful views of Lake Minnewaska and several waterfalls.
15 minutes takes you to New Paltz Main Street where you'll find local cafes, restaurants, and shops.
Nearby wineries, breweries, orchards, and more. A digital guidebook is provided to you upon booking.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
You'll have access to a seasonal heated swimming pool and year-round hot tub, so you can take a dip in the summer or relax in the winter. We also have a fire pit and Adirondack chairs so you can cozy up with some s'mores. If you're looking for a quick game of basketball, look no further: we have a hoop!

For those who like to grill and cook we have a 6 burner outdoor grill as well as an Ooni Pizza oven.

LIVING ROOM:
Our main living room is cozy and comfy with a large L-shaped couch with an ottoman. The propane fireplace will keep you warm on those chilly nights. You'll also be able to watch TV with the Sonos surround sound system—we love to watch movies here!

DEN:
This is our favorite room in the house, and we hope you love it as much as we do. Cozy up on the floor cushions next to a real wood-burning fireplace (we provide firewood to all of our guests!) and melt into relaxation mode.

DINING ROOM:
Our dining room table seats 8, so it's perfect for a larger group or for a family dinner. We also love playing board games here and have an array of games for all ages (Catan, Dominion, Monopoly, chess, backgammon, Guess who and more!

BEDROOMS:
Primary bedroom: 2nd floor, shared bath with office, Alaskan King sized bed (9ft x 9ft!), blackout curtains, TV, nightstands with lights on both sides of the bed, ceiling fan, clothes hanging rack, and private balcony overlooking hot tub and back yard.

Bedroom 1: 2nd floor, King sized bed, black out curtains, no TV, nightstands with lights on both sides, ceiling fan, double door closet with shelving and plenty of hangers.

Bedroom 2: King sized bed, black out curtains, TV, nightstands with lights on either side of the bed, ceiling fan, exercise equipment (weights, mats, and pull up bar).

Bedroom 3: 2nd floor, King sized bed, black out curtains, TV, nightstands built into bed frame, ceiling fan, closet w/ shelving, small work desk.

BATHROOMS:
Common bathroom: 1st floor, toilet and sink only.

Primary bathroom: 2nd floor, ensuite to primary bedroom. Shower separate from bath tub with jacuzzi jets, ceiling fan.

Common bathroom: 2nd floor, bathtub with shower.

WORK STATIONS:
We have four separate work spaces, including two dedicated offices and 2 desks in the guest bedrooms.
The two dedicated offices are located on the main floor and second floor, respectively. Both have uplift standing / seated desks, so you can work comfortably and productively. The second floor office also has a printer in case you need to print anything. You'll have high speed internet with Spectrum.

You can rest easy knowing your stay is covered with $1,500 in “All-Risk” Damage Protection. Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have big limitations in protection.

With “all-risk” protection, all accidental damage from a guest is covered unless specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage.

- Routinely scheduled maintenance by Home Sweet Hudson team members or lawn care/snow plowing may happen during your stay. This also includes garbage pick up, linen pickup, hot tub service and pool cleanings.
- Parking shall be allowed solely in the designated parking spaces
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
- Weapons are strictly prohibited
- Please adhere to safety instructions for fireplaces, firepits, etc.
- Due to the risk of fire, please do not charge your electric car on the property.
- We do not allow parties or extra guests outside the maximum occupancy allowed on the reservation. We also ask you to follow the good neighbor guidelines and abide by quiet hours after 9 pm.
- Please do not trespass on property boundaries
- Tents, yurts, and other camping equipment are prohibited
