The basement features a media room/gym with weights, spin bike and Muay Thai bag. You can walk, run or bike over to the Rondout Creek or make your way up to the Rail Trail, with access to the famous Rosendale Trestle bridge with views over the Rondout Creek.

*Ticks/bugs are a regular part of Upstate NY. Tick prevention sprays for yards are very toxic to animals and pets, so we do not use them. Please be mindful of checking yourself when spending time outside.

Rondout Retreat is a modern oasis, conveniently located between the bustling towns of New Paltz and Kingston. The home is completely renovated and features a variety of indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces.

The kitchen features ample counter space, stainless steel appliances including a gas stove and dishwasher. The adjacent dining room overlooks the backyard and has sliding doors to the screened in porch.
