The house has an open living, dining, and kitchen ideal for gathering, cooking, dining, watching tv, playing games, and just enjoying the quant indoors in the colder months.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is equipped with an electric range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, slow cooker, pots & pans, utensils, dinnerware, glassware, etc – everything you could possibly need.

Outdoor:
Outdoor space includes a magnificent open back patio filled with an acre of beautiful mature oak trees, manicured lawn, farm-to-table garden. Our side porch set up with a quaint bistro dining set perfect for that morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine. Adirondack chairs, outdoor dining table, BBQ and Garden are perfectly set up for you to use.

You can rest easy knowing your stay is covered with $1,500 in “All-Risk” Damage Protection. Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have big limitations in protection.

With “all-risk” protection, all accidental damage from a guest is covered unless specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage.

Please know that there is sulfur water at this home, while it is perfectly safe to use there may be a smell present when using the water!

- Routinely scheduled maintenance by Home Sweet Hudson team members or lawn care/snow plowing may happen during your stay. This also includes garbage pick up, linen pickup, hot tub service and pool cleanings.
- Parking shall be allowed solely in the designated parking spaces
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
- Weapons are strictly prohibited
- Please adhere to safety instructions for fireplaces, firepits, etc.
- We do not allow parties or extra guests outside the maximum occupancy allowed on the reservation. We also ask you to follow the good neighbor guidelines and abide by quiet hours after 9 pm.
- Please do not trespass on property boundaries
- Tents, yurts, and other camping equipment are prohibited
- Pets are not allowed at this property
- CO/smoke detectors are active at the property, if triggered for any reason the fire department will go out to assess the home.
- Please note, this property does have exterior cameras for safety and security. These are only located on the exterior of the property, never the interior, and will not be monitored during your stay unless an issue arises.

Please be advised that every 30 minutes spent on the property past 11am check out time a $50 fee will be initiated and charged to the card on file used to book the listing. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
