Truly an incredible house with all the amenities you could want and tons of space. The property is stunning - way better than I even expected. And the hosts were so great. They dropped by with local baked goods as a gift which was so kind!

Our stay was wonderful! Great location. Cabin was very clean and well stocked. So cozy and wonderful in the fall. Towels and sheets are done by a service. The beds are new and very comfortable. And got email responses very quickly from the renal company. You must book if you love to hike and disconnect.

Overall we loved the house and all its amenities. However we have a few complaints / suggestions:

Placement of the circuit breakers should be identified for tenants since there is no after hours contact number. The circuit for part of the kitchen tripped Tuesday around 7 am and we didn’t get the location of the circuit breaker until 10 am..

The WI-FI was very intermittent, we had several periods with no wifi, which was a problem when someone had to work for a while.

Comfortable chairs or couches are much needed in the 3rd floor tv room.

Plastic drink ware should have been provided for the pool and hot tub. Larger glasses would have also been nice.

The refrigerator water filter needed replaced. Also the water was dispensed very, very slowly.

The drain in the 1st floor bathroom next to the 2 bedrooms drained extremely slowly.

I had asked if pool towels and yoga mats were supplied and was told no. There were plenty of both. It was especially annoying to bring pool towels for everyone that weren’t needed

My husband and I really enjoyed this home. It was an easy drive to Minnewaska State Park and Mohonk Preserve, as well as to the Catskills and rail trails. The home is located on a quiet street, and it provided us with comfort and relaxation with lovely decor. The porch right outside the kitchen was a place for early morning coffee and evening sips of wine. It overlooks the massive backyard which could easily be used to play games, but for us, we just gazed at the beauty of it all. The kitchen was well appointed with the equipment we needed to make meals and was open to the rest of the house so that no one felt "stuck" in the kitchen. It is definitely a home we will choose to stay again.

The home is gorgeous, well built, and great quality furniture and kitchen. The inside of the home was spotless and comfortable.

Outdoors area required a bit of maintenance after we arrived to clean the pool and remove a newly formed wasp nest but the staff was friendly quick to address the concerns. The pool was nice and the forest on the back is very peaceful, with a family of deer often showing up a couple times a day.

We were so happy with the home. It had everything you could want . I didn’t understand why it didn’t have air conditioning updaters tho. Only heat on thermostat. Will definitely stay again in the future. Beautiful views and privacy

This home is truly a home with everything you could ever want or need. Perfect location ... beautiful landscape, super spacious, clean and stocked! Our family of 15 LOVED every second of our stay!!

This home provided lots of space for extended family attending my son's graduation. The location felt very rural, but we were a 15-20 minute drive from most of our dinners and activities. A rainy Memorial Day weekend limited our outdoor enjoyment, but the home was very comfortable and we enjoyed viewing the lush yard, beautiful pond and wildlife from inside. Saw a heron, a groundhog (novel for us from CA) and a nest of young birds. The beds are very comfortable and the updated bathrooms were great, and great heating system kept us warm. We had a hot water issue that was quickly resolved by the management. Kitchen could be better equipped with nicer and more plentiful dishware and cutlery and there were some other small issues that if addressed could enhance the visitor experience. Overall this is a very comfortable and large house and I would recommend it.

We had the best time at Luna Cove! The house was comfortable, well equipped, close to what we needed and so fun for a girls weekend. Will definitely be coming back!

This house is modern and gorgeous. We had everything we needed, and the beds were super comfortable. Close to great restaurants and trails … definitely returning!

My husband and I needed a short weekend getaway and found this amazing place. We really enjoyed our stay here and loved everything about this rental. I can’t wait to go back again and stay here for another trip. Loved the modern appliances in the home, it was clean and neat. No issues with our stay.

Great home. Super clean many amenities and host very responsive. Hot tub and sauna were very nice. Cleanliness was great.

Sorry so late but we were there over the summer (August 2025) and we absolutely LOVE this place! Had a little hiccup at the beginning of our stay but they took care of it right away! The pool was awesome and the sauna was great! We will definitely be back if it is in the cards!!! Thank you for a wonderful vacation Home Sweet Hudson!!

We really enjoyed our long weekend. It was a beautiful setting in the middle of a weekend snowstorm!

We think it would be helpful if there was a binder with the manuals for some of the appliances and heating system. Both times we visited, we struggled with how to use the dishwasher and the heating system throughout the house.

Our family of four, plus two friends, had a wonderful stay at this property over New Year's Eve week. It was spacious, clean & comfortable. We cooked 3 meals a day and found everything we needed in the kitchen, plus more. There were two cabinets stocked with lots of games (and even an Xbox for the kids!), and thoughtful amenities like cloth napkins, place mats and candles which made our dinners that much more special. The lakefront location was beautiful in the winter, and morning coffee in the sun room was such a peaceful way to start the day. We also really appreciated the wood burning fireplace, hard to find in a rental property! Beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet.
We had an issue w/ the Smartlock not working at check-in, but our phone call was quickly answered and the issue resolved. There were a couple of small maintenance issues that could be checked over a bit more carefully before check in, including the hood lights and one overhead light in the kitchen which had bulbs out, making the stove corner area vary dark. We did not have access to change them, but management was prompt in replying with a maintenance person to take a look. He did not have the right bulbs, so took notes as to what was needed for the fix for the next renters. There was also no outlet cover on an exposed outlet in the sun room- a potential hazard for young children. These were minor, but we did have kids with us so hoping it's addressed for the next guests.
Overall an excellent stay- we will definitely visit again the next time we are in town!

Well-maintained, warm, and beautiful home! Our family had a great Thanksgiving long weekend staying here! Would highly recommend!

Our second Thanksgiving at this lovely, spacious, well-appointed home away from home. The grounds are calming and invigorating at once.

Great location. Excellent kitchen for cooking a feast! The house had everything we needed. We were even able to plug in our car to charge up!
