PROPERTY ACCESS
Your stay includes exclusive access to the Guest House, which features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offering a wonderful private retreat for members of your party. Please note that the private pool and hot tub are reserved exclusively for reservations that include the Main House, and are not included with standalone Guest House bookings.

PARKING & VEHICLES
To maintain the peace and preserve our grounds, a maximum of two (2) guest vehicles is permitted. Please note that commercial vehicles are reserved exclusively for approved service providers. Additionally, to ensure smooth circulation and preserve our natural grounds, please park only in the designated parking spaces on the property.

WELCOME TO YOUR STAY!
This listing is for the guest house only accommodating a total of 4 guests. The property's layout is thoughtfully designed for complete privacy so that you will not see or need to interact with anyone renting the Main House. For winter travel, we recommend a 4WD vehicle with snow tires to ensure a safe and seamless journey through the scenic seasonal landscape.

NATURAL GROUNDS & GARDENS
Our property features two native grass and wildflower meadows, located near the Guest House and the Main House—which we lovingly hand-weed and re-seed to restore their natural beauty. As these areas are intentionally left unmowed, you can enjoy their wild, organic charm. Additionally, our outdoor herb and vegetable garden near the guest house receives tender care during bi-weekly visits on Wednesdays.

DEPARTURE & CHECK-OUT
To ensure our team can prepare the home flawlessly for our next guests, check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please note that an overtime fee of $50 per half-hour will apply for departures past this time. We deeply appreciate your cooperation and hope you have an unforgettable stay!
