PARKING & VEHICLES
To maintain the peace and preserve our grounds, a maximum of four (4) guest vehicles is permitted. Please park only in the designated parking spaces. Additionally, note that commercial vehicles are reserved exclusively for approved service providers.

SEASONAL TRAVEL NOTES
WINTER: For winter travel, we recommend a 4WD vehicle with snow tires to ensure a safe and seamless journey through the scenic seasonal landscape.
SUMMER: The private swimming pond and outdoor shower are perfect for a summer refresh.

GROUNDS & POND
The property's grounds are yours to explore. Please note the pond is unsupervised, swim at your own risk, and children should be accompanied by an adult at all times. As parts of the land are intentionally left natural, you may notice tall grass or wildflower areas; this is by design, meant to preserve the property's organic, farmhouse charm.

DEPARTURE & CHECK-OUT
To ensure our team can prepare the home flawlessly for our next guests, check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please note that an overtime fee of $50 per half-hour will apply for departures past this time. We deeply appreciate your cooperation and hope you have an unforgettable stay!
