Living Space:
Casually elegant and bright with TV, gas fireplace, and nearby dining table with seating for eight-to-ten. There is also a separate game room with a ping-pong table and pool table.

Kitchen:
Gourmet kitchen with island that has seating for four. Stainless steel appliances and plenty of space for many hands and helpers.

Outdoor:
Weber propane grill, fire pit, waterfront with a dock out to the lake, hot tub, ample outdoor seating, and a spacious back yard with yard games like croquet and cornhole provided. There is also a large back deck and a private deck off the king-sized bedroom with gorgeous views of the water and nearby mountain ranges.

Kayaks and paddleboards can be rented just around the corner at Sunnyside Landing! Feel free to dock your rented kayaks and paddle boards at Blue Heron Cove for your convenience.

Boats can also be rented for the day at nearby Greenwood Lake Marina! Please do not dock rented boats at Blue Heron Cove’s dock.

House Rules

Services: For your convenience, routine services such as lawn care, snow removal, garbage pickup, and pool maintenance may occur during your stay.

Parking: Please park only in the designated parking spaces.

Pets: Sorry, strict no-pets policy. An unauthorized pet will result in a fee of up to $500.

Smoking: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking anywhere on the premises will result in a fee of up to $500.

Weapons: Weapons of any kind, including firearms and hunting bows, are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a weapon will result in immediate eviction from the property.

Events: Parties and events are not permitted. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

Noise: Please be mindful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours after 9:00 PM.

Fire Safety: Please use fireplaces and fire pits safely and in accordance with posted instructions.

Property Boundaries: For your safety and the privacy of others, please do not trespass beyond the property boundaries.

Camping: The use of tents, yurts, or other camping equipment is prohibited.

Wildlife: As part of our commitment to the environment, we do not use chemical pest sprays. We recommend checking for ticks after spending time outdoors.

Security: For everyone's protection, exterior security cameras are installed at the driveway and main entrance. These are not monitored during your stay unless an issue arises, and they never record the interior of the home.

Please be advised that every 30 minutes spent on the property past 11am check out time a $50 fee will be initiated and charged to the card on file used to book the listing. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

To ensure community safety and preserve the natural surroundings, please note that the New York State annual outdoor brush burning ban is currently in effect from March 16 through May 14. During this time, New York prohibits all open residential fires to prevent spring wildfires. This includes the use of outdoor firepits, as well as the burning of debris, leaves, or brush
