Situated on 1.5 acres at the end of a quiet road, the cabin feels worlds away while being just 15 minutes from the charming downtowns of both Saugerties and Kingston. For the equestrian travelers, we are also 15 minutes from HITS.

Guests will have access to the entire cabin and the private dock. There is a small cottage on the property, which can additionally be rented out for larger groups (6+) in the warmer months.

Access code for the keypad will be provided after confirmed booking in the days prior to guest arrival

House Rules

Services: For your convenience, routine services such as lawn care, snow removal, garbage pickup, and pool maintenance may occur during your stay.

Parking: Please park only in the designated parking spaces.

Pets: Pets are only permitted with prior approval from our team, for a fee of $50 per animal/per night. An unauthorized pet will result in a fee of up to $500.

Smoking: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking anywhere on the premises will result in a fee of up to $500.

Weapons: Weapons of any kind, including firearms and hunting bows, are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a weapon will result in immediate eviction from the property.

Events: Parties and events are not permitted. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

Noise: Please be mindful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours after 9:00 PM.

Fire Safety: Please use fireplaces and fire pits safely and in accordance with posted instructions.

Property Boundaries: For your safety and the privacy of others, please do not trespass beyond the property boundaries.

Camping: The use of tents, yurts, or other camping equipment is prohibited.

Wildlife: As part of our commitment to the environment, we do not use chemical pest sprays. We recommend checking for ticks after spending time outdoors.

Security: For everyone's protection, exterior security cameras are installed at the driveway and main entrance. These are not monitored during your stay unless an issue arises, and they never record the interior of the home.

Please be advised that every 30 minutes spent on the property past 11am check out time a $50 fee will be initiated and charged to the card on file used to book the listing. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
