The home offers you the opportunity to slow down and tune into the peaceful vibes of the Hudson Valley. The home has a bright and airy floor plan, grand foyer area and gorgeous house plants throughout, creating a warm homey feeling. This abode is perfect for travelers looking to disconnect and enjoy the sounds of nature while also offering close proximity to tasty local restaurants, and some of the best hikes the area has to offer. The interior has been tastefully decorated and has all of the amenities to make your stay unforgettable. A stay at the Green Sanctuary will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed.

Space:
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and cookware, an island with seating for working from home, patio doors that open onto the deck, and flows into the dining room area/ media room.

Dining Area
The dining area has a gorgeous large table to seat 8 and a wood burning fireplace for extra ambiance for enjoying your home cooked meals.

Living Room
The living room is a bright and airy room with multiple couches and floor cushions for reading and relaxing.

Home Office
The home office is filled with natural light, vibrant houseplants, a comfy lounge chair and a desk for working from home. The doors open onto the deck for easy access to the outdoors or letting in the breeze and sounds of windchimes on warm days.

Media Room
The media room has plenty of space to sprawl out & play games - or watch TV from the couch.

Bedrooms
There are four bedrooms, each on the 2nd floor of the home.

Bedroom 1 - King sized bed, blackout curtains, nightstands and a wood burning fireplace.
Bedroom 2 - 2 Twin sized beds, blackout curtains and a closet.
Bedroom 3 - Full sized bed, black out shades or curtains.
Bedroom 4 - Queen sized bed, black out shades or curtains.

Bathrooms
1st Floor - ½ bath - Located centrally on the first floor.
2nd Floor - Master bathroom ensuite to Bedroom #1. This bathroom has a large free standing soaking tub as well as a standing shower. There are electric heated floors and a heated towel rack on the wall.
2nd Floor - Common bathroom. Gorgeous shared bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Outdoor Entertaining
The Green Sanctuary has an array of gorgeous outdoor spaces. On the deck, there is a rocking chair for enjoying your coffee in the morning, a large picnic table for outdoor meals, and lounge chairs with cushions for extra comfort. The deck area faces into the woods and has gorgeous views as the sun rises and sets each day. You’ll find a BBQ grill for summer days, as well as unique features as you explore the rest of the property. There’s a fire pit area, kids wood teepee, and many other charming additions! We invite you to wander within the property boundaries and experience the relaxation of nature.

You can rest easy knowing your stay is covered with $1,500 in “All-Risk” Damage Protection. Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have big limitations in protection.

With “all-risk” protection, all accidental damage from a guest is covered unless specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage.
We hope you enjoy your vacation with peace of mind knowing that if an accident happens and damages occur, you are protected under Waivo.

House Rules:
- Routinely scheduled maintenance by Home Sweet Hudson team members or lawn care/snow plowing may happen during your stay. This also includes garbage pick up, linen pickup, hot tub service, and pool cleanings.
- Parking shall be allowed solely in the designated parking spaces
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
- Weapons are strictly prohibited
- Please adhere to safety instructions for fireplaces, firepits, etc.
- Due to the risk of fire, please do not charge your electric car on the property.
- We do not allow parties or extra guests outside the maximum occupancy allowed on the reservation. We also ask you to follow the good neighbor guidelines and abide by quiet hours after 9 pm.
- Please do not trespass on property boundaries
- Tents, yurts, and other camping equipment are prohibited
- Please be sure to check them for ticks after spending any time outdoors (and be sure to check yourself as well).
