With a grand living area, featuring a stone fireplace; a brand-new state-of-the-art open kitchen with a large island and an open dining area; as well as four stylishly appointed bedrooms, pool house, in-ground pool, sauna, firepit and hot tub in a fully fenced in outdoor area.
Space
This home is light and bright with an exceptional eye for design. It’s perfect for a group getaway with family and friends in any season. With a sauna, hot tub and firepit perfect for the fall and winter and an in-ground pool with outdoor shower for summer celebrations, this house is modern yet cozy; and it’s bringing all of the vibes!
The bedrooms include:
Primary bedroom: King size bed and ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2: Queen size bed
Bedroom 3: Queen size bed (downstairs) and ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 4: Two Full size beds (downstairs)
Pool House: The Pool House features a full kitchen (with fridge); Queen size Murphy bed, swing out bar and private bathroom.
Outside features a gas grill, plenty of outdoor seating and lounge areas and a firepit with Adirondack chairs.
Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Please know the gourmet grill/pizza oven combo is not available for guest use.

- If you would like to bring a dog, you *must* add it to the reservation under the # of guests section upon booking. We permit a maximum of one dog per reservation; additional dogs are not allowed. Sorry, we do not allow cats. Please abide by our pet rules.
- Routinely scheduled maintenance by Home Sweet Hudson team members or lawn care/snow plowing may happen during your stay. This also includes garbage pick up, linen pickup, hot tub service and pool cleanings.
- Parking shall be allowed solely in the designated parking spaces
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
- Weapons are strictly prohibited
- Please adhere to safety instructions for fireplaces, firepits, etc.
- Due to the risk of fire, please do not charge your electric car on the property.
- We do not allow parties or extra guests outside the maximum occupancy allowed on the reservation. We also ask you to follow the good neighbor guidelines and abide by quiet hours after 9 pm.
- Please do not trespass on property boundaries
- Tents, yurts, and other camping equipment are prohibited
- Please note, this property does have exterior cameras for safety and security. These are only located on the exterior of the property, never the interior, and will not be monitored during your stay unless an issue arises.
You can rest easy knowing your stay is covered with $1,500 in “All-Risk” Damage Protection. Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen.
