You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave, and dishwasher, offering convenience and functionality for all your culinary needs.

1st Floor Bedroom: Comfortable queen-sized bed, blackout curtains to ensure a restful sleep, and a closet for your storage needs.
2nd Floor Bedroom: Cozy queen-sized bed nestled beneath vaulted ceilings, picturesque window, and nightstands

Bathrooms
1st Floor Bathroom: with shower, toilet, baseboard heating, sink.
2nd Floor Bathroom: with tub, skylight, sink, toilet, barn door.

Upstairs Lounge Area
The bonus area is a bright oasis, perfect for working remote, yoga or reading your favorite book next to the window.

Things to Note
- Routinely scheduled maintenance by Home Sweet Hudson team members or lawn care/snow plowing may happen during your stay. This also includes garbage pick up, linen pickup, hot tub service, and pool cleanings.
- Parking shall be allowed solely in the designated parking spaces
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
- Weapons are strictly prohibited
- Please adhere to safety instructions for fireplaces, firepits, etc.
- Due to the risk of fire, please do not charge your electric car on the property.
- We do not allow parties or extra guests outside the maximum occupancy allowed on the reservation. We also ask you to follow the good neighbor guidelines and abide by quiet hours after 9 pm.
- Please do not trespass on property boundaries
- Tents, yurts, and other camping equipment are prohibited
- Please note, this property does have exterior cameras for safety and security. These are only located on the exterior of the property, never the interior, and will not be monitored during your stay unless an issue arises.
-You can rest easy knowing your stay is covered with $1,500 in “All-Risk” Damage Protection. Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. We hope you enjoy your vacation with peace of mind knowing that if an accident happens and damages occur, you are protected under Waivo.
- Enjoy the convenience of being just moments from the I-87 NY Thruway. A gentle reminder that the ease of access also means the distant hum of traffic can occasionally be heard.

🐾 Pet Policy: We welcome all types of dogs with a $50 fee per animal.per night. If you plan to bring more than one dog, please obtain prior approval from the host. All fees are due before check-in and we cannot accept other types of animals at this time. Any undisclosed pets will incur a $300 deep-cleaning fee.

Please be advised that every 30 minutes spent on the property past 11am check out time a $50 fee will be initiated and charged to the card on file used to book the listing. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

To ensure community safety and preserve the natural surroundings, please note that the New York State annual outdoor brush burning ban is currently in effect from March 16 through May 14. During this time, New York prohibits all open residential fires to prevent spring wildfires. This includes the use of outdoor firepits, as well as the burning of debris, leaves, or brush
