Parachute Linens: A Premium Partnership

Many factors go in to creating the perfect stay experience at a vacation rental. It’s the smell when you walk in, the genuine touches left by the hosts, and the moment when you crawl into the perfectly made bed at the end of the night. From beginning to end, our housekeeping team meticulously prepares our properties to ensure our guests get that well deserved ‘ahhh’ moment.

With a deep understanding of hospitality and industry standards, our team has researched extensively to find the most luxurious products for all of our properties.

We have launched a partnership with Parachute, a premium linen company, to supply all of our properties with bedding and bath accessories. We’ve negotiated access to wholesale pricing on their hospitality grade products. Here’s why this is a great move for Home Sweet Hudson and each of our homeowners:

  • Lifetime Savings: Moving to hospitality grade products provide an instant savings with the average lifespan of the
  • Marketing a luxury product: Our portfolio focuses on luxury properties and we want to provide an elevated hospitality experience for our guests—from the home and amenities, to the design and even the toiletries and linens and towels. Parachute is a brand that our target market knows, trusts and aspires to.
  • Pricing Justification: Showcasing the luxury amenities, including linens, towels and toiletries allows us to prove the value in our premium pricing
  • Ease of Turnover: On the logistical side, standardizing linens helps us to move towards taking laundry off-site. This means we can be more efficient with turnovers and housekeepers can spend their time focusing on the special touches and details. It also takes major wear and tear off of our washer/dryer—eliminating turnover laundry can add up to 3 years of life to your machines! With standardized linens this also means that in the case of damage we can easily replace in a pinch.

We will be rolling our new linen program out to existing homeowners over the course of the next few months and establishing this as the new standard as we welcome new homes into our portfolio.
